COMMUNITY CONNECTION PROGRAMS

Mentoring M-powerment Program
The Eiziah Leadership Initiative is founded upon a powerful principle: Leadership does not begin with perfection. It begins with the decision to change. We will not simply teach young people how to succeed. We will teach them how to become leaders who help others succeed.
Second Chance Reentry Program

An initial 25-family pilot will establish referral pathways and measurable outcomes before a phased expansion toward 100 families per year.
Resilience Recovery Support Program
To empower individuals affected by substance use disorders, mental health challenges, trauma, and social instability through compassionate, evidence-informed recovery support, peer mentorship, behavioral health referrals, education, and community-based resources that promote sustained recovery and independent living.

Sharper Minds Literacy Program
SMLP is a proposed Milwaukee community-based education and youth development initiative designed to improve literacy, academic confidence, creative expression, digital fluency, and leadership opportunities for children and youth. The initiative will combine direct tutoring and enrichment with referrals and partnerships. It will start with a 40-student pilot and seek to reach 200 young people annually as staffing and funding permit.
Silver Lining Computer Training Class

It offers accessible beginner instruction, patient one-on-one guidance, and real-world practice in communication, online safety, documents, public services, and career opportunities. An initial 15-person cohort will test the eight-week curriculum before expansion toward 150 annual learners.

Young Entrepreneurs Networking Group
The Young Entrepreneurs Networking Group (YENG) is a Milwaukee youth-development initiative serving ages 12-24 through entrepreneurship education, financial literacy, leadership, mentorship, digital business skills, and supervised practical projects. The initial pilot will serve 20-25 participants, with a proposed first-year reach of 100 youth.
